Both of our 3-bedroom lodges are set in a beautiful countryside location, each with its own private parking for 3 cars, garden, drying green, picnic table, BBQ, and hot tub.

They have a floor space of approximately 670sq meters. The elegant open plan lounge dining area provides a lovely family-friendly or party environment with modern furniture and is fully equipped to provide all you may need in order to enjoy your time in the lodge.

These lodges have three bedrooms with one king-size bed, one double bed, and one twin room with two single beds which can be linked together to create a king-sized bed.
 

Downstairs

Downstairs in our self-catering lodges, we offer a lounge dining room with a glass dining table and leather seats for up to six people with patio doors leading onto a decked area and a garden area with beautiful views leading to the hot tub. The sitting room is equipped with Freeview TV,   corner sofa, and  free access to Wi-Fi.

Each lodge has a separate kitchen with all the "mod cons" including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc..

Also located downstairs there is a large double bedroom with a king-size bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, and main bathroom with a large walk-in shower
 

Upstairs

Upstairs in each self-catering lodge, there is a spacious landing area with a further two bright and spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower cabinet. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other with twin beds and accompanying bedroom furniture. There is also a reading, relaxing, and dressing area in the landing with a view of the Ochil hills.

All of our holiday lodges are furnished to a very high standard. Included with all the lodges are bed linen, towels, cots (if required), hairdryer, electricity, iron, and hoover.

Each lodge has disabled access to the ground floor including a ramp from the pathway.
